Real trading experience β’ Withdrew $9,000 first payout β’ Updated February 2026
My Experience: I run 5 LucidDirect 50K accounts. Cost: ~$1,500 total with 30% discount. First payout: $10,000 ($9,000 after split). This is my honest review from actual profitable trading.

Important: Direct plans are ONLY worth it during 30-40% sales. At full price, they're not a good deal. Always wait for a discount.
LucidDirect is Lucid Trading's instant funding plan. No evaluation. No profit target to pass. You pay, you get a funded account immediately.
But there's a catch: you need to be consistently profitable already. This isn't for beginners.
| Feature | 50K Account | 150K Account |
|---|---|---|
| Account Size | $50,000 | $150,000 |
| Max Drawdown | $2,000 | $6,000 |
| Profit Target | $3,000 | $9,000 |
| Max Payout | $2,000 | $3,000 |
| Consistency Rule | 20% (max $600/day) | 20% (max $1,800/day) |
| Profit Split | 90% | 90% |
| Payout Cycle | $10,000 total | $15,000 total |
On the 50K account, you can make max $600 per day (20% of $3,000 target).
For scalpers, this is perfect:
On the 150K account, max $1,800/day is even more comfortable. 90 points on NQ, or 6-9 scalps at 10-15 points each.
Here's what I love most: as soon as you hit $3,000 profit on the 50K, you can request $2,000.
That leaves $1,000 buffer in the account. Since max drawdown is $2,000, you'd need to lose the entire buffer PLUS breach another $1,000 to blow the account.
On the 150K: Hit $9,000 β withdraw $3,000 β leaves $6,000 buffer. That's the ENTIRE max drawdown sitting as profit. Extremely safe.
I bought 5 x 50K accounts during a 30% sale:
That's a solid return. And I still have all 5 accounts running.
Best for: Starting out, testing Direct plans, smaller capital
Profit per cycle: $10,000 total
Issue: Only $2,000 max payout per cycle
Best for: Experienced scalpers, better value
Profit per cycle: $15,000 total (only $5k more than 50K)
Why it's better:
The 150K is objectively better value if you can afford it. The buffer you get makes future payouts way easier to hit.
β Direct is great if you:
β Direct is NOT for you if:
This will kill your account if you're not careful. Track your daily profit. Once you're close to 20% of your total profit for the cycle, STOP for the day.
Hit $3,000? Request $2,000 right away. Don't be greedy. Lock in the profit, keep the buffer.
I cannot stress this enough. $490 for a 50K account is not worth it. $343 with 30% OFF? Now we're talking. $294 with 40% OFF? Even better.
If you have the capital, the 150K is better value. Easier to sustain, higher earning potential per cycle.
I run 5 accounts. Diversification helps. One bad day on one account doesn't ruin everything.
LucidDirect is excellent for profitable scalpers who want instant funding and can manage 20% consistency
The Bottom Line: If you're already making money scalping, Direct plans are a no-brainer. Pay once, trade immediately, withdraw after $3k profit.
The 20% consistency rule is actually perfect for scalpers doing 2-3 trades per day. It forces discipline and prevents you from revenge trading or taking stupid risks.
My first payout from 5 accounts was $9,000. That's a 500%+ ROI immediately. Still running all 5 accounts.
But: Only buy during 30-40% sales. At full price, it's not worth it. Wait for a discount.

No. You must hit $3,000 on the 50K (or $9,000 on the 150K) before you can request a payout.
You keep trading. You need to make another $10,000 in total profit to request the next $2,000 payout.
As many as you want. I run 5. With code VEDIC you get 30% off each account.
Not if you're disciplined. Just track your daily profit. Once you hit ~$600 for the day on a 50K, stop trading.
If you can afford it, 150K is better value. Bigger buffer, higher payout cycles, easier to sustain.
ONLY during 30-40% sales. Never at full price. Wait for a discount.
